RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience with Theo and Micah to be fun, easy, and completely hassle-free! If you need to make an exchange, we’ve got you covered in just three simple steps!


Step 1:

Step 2:

Once our team acknowledges and approves your request, we’ll arrange a courier to pick up the item from your doorstep. After we inspect it for quality and hygiene, we’ll update you on whether the exchange has been approved.


Step 3:

Once approved, we’ll send your fresh new item straight to your doorstep.


Exchange Guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
  • We do not accept exchanges for damaged, soiled, or altered items.
  • The courier costs during an exchange will need to be covered by the customer, and not by the Theo and Micah team.
  • The purchased item remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us, so please pack it securely.
  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or product (subject to stock availability).
  • No cash refunds or store credit will be issued for exchanges!


Price Guidelines During an Exchange:

  • If the item you’re exchanging for costs more than your original purchase, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
  • If the item you’re exchanging for costs less than your original purchase, the balance will not be refunded.


Exchanges for Damaged Products:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item:

  • Report it within 2 days of receiving it.
  • Once we inspect and confirm the defect, you can choose a replacement item (subject to stock availability) or receive store credit for the item’s value. Please note that no cash refunds will be issued.
  • The courier costs will be covered by us for exchanging damaged items.
  • The final decision on damaged or defected item claims is at the sole discretion of Theo and Micah’s management.


In Other Notes:

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged..
  • We appreciate your patience while we process your exchange—it usually takes up to 14 days including courier handling, inspection, and delivery.
